At the investment summit "E-Capital Summit" within EarthX2023 in the city of Dallas (USA), the Head of the State Energy Efficiency Agency of Ukraine (SAEE) Anna Zamazeeva invited investors to join the reconstruction of Ukraine, introducing modern energy-efficient technologies and principles of decarbonization.

"Ukraine, even despite the military aggression made by russia, will move towards "green energy" development, the introduction of energy-efficient technologies and decarbonization of our economy. The low-carbon energy development in Ukraine, as one of the largest countries in Europe, is a very promising and investment-attractive cluster," stressed Anna Zamazeeva.

In particular, Anna Zamazeeva presented the programs developed by the  teams of the SAEE and the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development headed by Oleksandr Kubrakov and the steps for the large-scale implementation of energy efficiency and decarbonization principles in all spheres of the country's life.

The Head called on the participants to join Ukraine's struggle for the values of the civilized world, sustainable development and energy freedom.

Today, it is more important than ever to unite in a kind of "Energy Ramstein" - to help Ukraine become energy independent, because this is an integral step of the civilized world to ensure that energy resources are no longer used as a weapon.

"Unification in "Energy Ramstein" for Ukraine today is energy security and sustainable development for the world tomorrow!" - emphasized Anna Zamazeeva.

According to the results of the discussion, the State Energy Efficiency Agency has already got up to a dozen proposals for cooperation, in particular, in the direction of:

• energy performance contracting (ESCO);
• the leasing platform, which the State Energy Efficiency Agency of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Reconstruction of Ukraine are planning to launch in the near future;
• work with the state fund for energy-efficient transformation and decarbonization, etc.
