Last week condominiums attracted a record amount of funds for house insulation - 3.6 million UAHCreated date
05 09 2016The beginning of autumn has been marked by active participation of condominiums in insulating their multi-apartment buildings. For the last seven days, 10 condominiums have become participants of the state energy efficiency program and attracted about 3.6 million UAH for implementing energy efficiency measures. In comparison with the week before last, the amount of taken "warm" loans made up about 500 thousand UAH. It was reported by the Head of the SAEE Sergiy Savchuk, commenting on the data of the program's monitoring.
"Due to local energy efficiency programs' accession to the state program more and more people realize a significant amount of non-repayable financial assistance to implement energy efficiency measures: install heat meters, insulate facades, attics, basements, replace windows with energy efficiency ones, upgrade lighting systems and so on. For this purpose, the Government provides condominiums with financial assistance in the amount of 40% of the "warm" loan and up to 70%, if recipients of subsidies live in the multi-apartment building", - Sergiy Savchuk said and added that in some regions of Ukraine local authorities provided condominiums with additional 30% compensation for insulation.
For the whole period of the program, 351 condominiums have applied for state assistance and attracted more than 37 million UAH for buildings renovation.
The most active participant of the program is the Dnipropetrovsk region, where 32 "warm" loans have been received by condominiums. It is followed by the Lviv and Zaporizhia regions.
"If we talk about the amount of money that condominiums have invested in insulation, the Lviv region remains the leader. There more than 7 million UAH of credit funds have been attracted for multi-apartment buildings' insulation", - said the Agency's Head.
