The National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets is the 5th central authority that has started implementing Energy Performance Contracting (ESCO) with the support of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.

Thus, the Commission and investor have concluded the first ESCO-contract, according to which it is planned to install an individual heating point with automated heat dispatching system in the building (https://lnkd.in/dva7y_m).

The contract price is over UAH 1 million.

The contract is valid for 7 years.

Expected average annual energy savings are about 20%.

Thanks to the implementation of the ESCO-project, the Commission will be able to get significant savings on utility bills every year.
