Biography
Biography
Born on October 26, 1980, in the city of Mykolaiv. Graduated from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration, as well as in Finance and Credit. Holds a Ph.D. in Economics (awarded by the Odesa National Academy).
Worked in the financial sector for 19 years, including over 14 years in executive positions. Lecturer at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University in the fields of “Finance and Credit” and “Banking.”
Since 2007, a member of the international public organization Rotary International (key areas of focus: support for education and fostering regional economic growth).
Until December 2020, served as Chair of the Board of the “All-Ukrainian Association of Financial Companies” in Mykolaiv.
In October 2020, elected as a Deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council representing the “Servant of the People” party.
From December 9, 2020, to March 17, 2023 — Chair of the Mykolaiv Regional Council.

Member of working groups at the National Bank of Ukraine and the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets on the development of regulatory acts in collaboration with experts from the World Bank, USAID Financial Sector Transformation Project, FinReg Project, GIZ Project, and others.
Member of working groups and participant in conferences as an expert for the National Bank of Ukraine, the National Commission for the Regulation of Financial Services Markets, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Financial Policy and Banking, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and others.
Participant in international microfinance conferences as an expert, organized by the Microfinance Center in Bilbao (Spain) and Istanbul (Turkey).
Member of working groups in the Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on drafting the following laws: “On Consumer Lending,” “On Consolidation of the Financial Services Market,” “On Currency and Currency Transactions,” “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism, and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction,” “On the Institution of the Financial Ombudsman,” among others.
Deputy Head of the Chamber of Regions of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Ukraine (elected on June 8, 2021).
Representative of Ukraine as a member of the Ukrainian delegation to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe for 2021–2026 (Presidential Decree of Ukraine No. 54/2021 dated February 10, 2021).
Chair of the Supervisory Board of the “All-Ukrainian Association of Financial Companies.”
At the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, established the Humanitarian Headquarters of Mykolaiv Region, providing aid to residents of communities in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions most affected by the armed aggression.
Anna Zamazieieva is also an ambassador of the charitable foundation “Svitli Spravy” (“Good Deeds”).
One of the initiators of the creation of the Southern Branch of the Coordination Headquarters on the Treatment of Prisoners of War. The branch is based in Mykolaiv and supports families of POWs from Mykolaiv, Odesa, and Kherson regions. It provides legal, social, and psychological assistance to families and relatives of prisoners of war, as well as rehabilitation for soldiers returning from Russian captivity.
Member of the Coordination Headquarters on the Treatment of Prisoners of War.
Awards
Order of Princess Olga, 3rd Class (December 8, 2021) — for significant personal contribution to state-building, development of local self-government, many years of conscientious work, and high professionalism.
