Korotkov Volodymyr

Volodymyr Korotkov has over 11 years of professional experience, particularly in the fields of financial services, digital transformation, and customer service management. Since 2023, he has served as Deputy Head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE), responsible for digital development, transformation, and digitalization.

He began his professional career in the private sector, working in banking and financial companies, progressing from a specialist to head of departments. He gained substantial experience in the development of digital services, team management, and implementation of innovative solutions. After more than a decade in business, he joined public service, where he now leads the digital transformation of the energy efficiency sector and the use of alternative fuels.

In particular, since 2023, under his leadership, the SAEE team has implemented a renewed digital document management system, launched an updated version of the SAEE web platform with new user-friendly digital tools, and in May 2025, presented to the public the current functionality and implementation status of the Biomethane Registry, which is currently operating in a test environment, among other achievements.
