The Memorandum of Understanding between the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine and the Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine is signed today.

The cooperation under the MOU will create favourable conditions for energy efficiency improvement in the municipal sector of Ukraine, first of all, by attracting investment in technologies and renewable energy use, by developing legal and regulatory framework in Ukraine in the sphere of energy efficiency, energy saving and renewable energy.
