The Chairman of the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association Andriy Konechenkov stressed that the introduction of wind power had great advantages and potential. "It means energy independence and energy security, investments in the national economy, job creation, and of course the environment", - said A. Konechenkov.
At the end of the round table the Director of Renewable Energy Development Department of the Agency Igor Kovalyov said, "The State's policy is Ukraine's membership in the European Union. And Europe strongly intends to develop renewable energy, including wind power".
