How to save up to 70% on utility bills
In the interview to “Obozrevatel”, before the heating season the SAEE Head Mr. Sergiy Savchuk introduced effective tools for each community, including the following:
- the most complex thermal modernization of the building, also within "warm loans", gives 40-50% and more savings on utility bills;
- thanks to ESCO, energy savings in public institutions reach up to 70% without any budget investment;
- there are real successful examples of biomass usage to produce heat and electricity in Ukraine;
- European experience proves the efficiency of waste-to-energy generation that should be applied in different cities of Ukraine in the near future.
