An online form for checking the status of applications for portable charging stations is now available
To enable families with children with disabilities (subgroup A) to quickly check the status of their application for a portable charging station, an online status-check form has been launched on the website of the Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine.
The launch of this online service simplifies communication with recipients and allows for quick and convenient status checks. This is especially important for parents of children with disabilities (subgroup A), as it does not require additional time or visits to other institutions.
The state support program is in high demand, and already on the first day after the online form was launched, 48,844 requests were received.
As a reminder, under the state support program implemented by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and financed by the State Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Transformation Fund, families with children with disabilities (subgroup A) receive portable charging stations. These help maintain the operation of life-sustaining medical equipment and provide an additional sense of security in any conditions.
Within the allocated budget funding, the Fund has already procured and prepared for shipment nearly 10,000 stations, more than 8,000 of which have already been delivered to families across Ukraine.
Checking whether you are on the list to receive a charging station is very simple:

- Enter the phone number you provided in your application.
- Click “Check”.
The link also contains answers to frequently asked questions, contacts, and instructions for connecting, setting up, and servicing the stations.
Important: application status checks are available once per day for each phone number provided during submission. These limitations are in place to ensure the proper functioning of the online service under a high volume of requests.
Everything has been designed to be simple, so users can quickly get the information they need without wasting extra time.
