A series of online trainings on municipal energy planning for communities will begin soon!
Municipal Energy Planning (MEP) is a mandatory component of community strategic development in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Energy Efficiency.” At the same time, many communities still need practical support in developing their MEPs.
That is why, with the support of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, the GIZ project “Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine” will conduct a series of practical online trainings on municipal energy planning.
The training series will start on October 7–8, 2025, and will be held in two rounds throughout October 2025.

those responsible for the preparation and implementation of local energy plans
