International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists «BUILD-MASTER-CLASS-2024», arranged by the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture together with the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine, the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, NZEB Hub, Laboratory for Research on Energy Efficiency in Construction and Architecture “Energocenter-KNUCA”, All-Ukrainian NGO “Zhyva Planeta” and in the framework of the UKRENERGY Project, was held on November, 5-7 in Kyiv.
The conference brought together specialists in the field of architecture and engineering and in particular regarding innovative design technologies, BIM design, new construction, reconstruction, repairs and restoration, as well as participants informed on the latest achievements in energy efficiency and resource saving, green recovery and sustainable development in construction and architecture.
Conference objective:
comprehensive exchange of experience in designing, new construction, restoration, reconstruction and repair of buildings and structures, as well as restoration of architectural objects;
popularization of the principles of green architecture and construction, as well as the basic tasks of sustainable development;
dissemination of new and further development of already existing technologies aimed at increasing energy efficiency, resource conservation and environmental safety in architecture, construction and energy;
development of BIM design tools and methods, as well as rationalization of architectural, structural and engineering solutions at all stages of the life cycle of buildings and structures;
spread and development of advanced technologies of automated design and practical aspects of its application;
development and research of modern effective materials and construction and technological equipment;
increasing the qualification level of specialists in architectural and planning, calculation, construction and engineering and technical areas of training.
