Lecture 16. The Hidden Carbon: Lifecycle Emissions and Their Impact on Sustainable Building Performance

Within the UKRENERGY project, an online lecture by Reka Wittmanová, PhD, Department of Health and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STUBA), was held on November 19, 2025, on the topic: "Hidden Carbon: Life Cycle Emissions and Their Impact on Sustainable Development of Buildings".

The lecture was focused on hidden carbon emissions and its life cycle in building structures and  on the impact of the so-called *hidden carbon* on the long-term efficiency and sustainability of buildings.
