Lecture 25. Integration of Waste Heat with Renewable Energy Sources

The lecture is devoted to an overview of modern approaches to the use of waste heat and the possibilities of combining it with renewable energy sources (RES). The following will be considered:

• classification of the main types of waste heat;
• methods of its integration with RES;
• examples of practical applications;
• advantages, challenges and prospects for the development of hybrid energy systems.
