Over 2100 condominiums have attracted about UAH 700 million of “warm loans” during 10 months of 2019. These data are higher than in 2018, when more than 1600 condominiums got UAH 460 million of “warm loans” for energy efficiency measures.

Such results prove how rapidly trust of population to the state program has increased over the 5 years.

The state fulfills its role, in particular, provides significant reimbursement of up to 70% of the "warm loans”.

Moreover, additional compensation can be obtained through more than 170 existing local programs in different regions of Ukraine (http://saee.gov.ua/en/programs/map).

As a consequence, double and triple reimbursement can cover virtually the entire amount of “warm loan” for condominiums. Such favorable co-financing is attracting more and more new entrants.

In total, since the start of the program in 2015 and to the present, nearly 5,000 condominiums have got nearly $ 1.4 billion of “warm loans” for energy-efficiency measures in multi-storey buildings.
