Today, it is crucial to build strong synergy between business, communities, and the state. Only by joining efforts can we ensure sustainable economic development, implement modern solutions, strengthen energy resilience, and effectively move toward the country’s strategic goals. Such interaction is the foundation for change that shapes Ukraine’s future.
This topic became the central focus of the EBA Lobbying Gathering, attended by the Head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, Anna Zamazeeva. The event brought together key business leaders, government officials, and leading experts who shape the country’s economic strategy and work on developing effective policies for Ukraine’s sustainable development.
“For the State Agency on Energy Efficiency, this year is about partnership. We have significantly strengthened cooperation with government institutions, communities, businesses, banks, and international organizations.
Thanks to joint efforts, we have achieved substantial progress in promoting energy efficiency and decarbonization principles across various sectors of the economy, while adhering to the principles of transparency and openness. And we will continue to move forward just as confidently,” emphasized Hanna Zamazeeva.
During the event, the Head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency also supported the #FightForLight initiative launched by DTEK Group and the Ukrainian fashion brand DAMIRLI.
“Everyone can join this initiative and purchase a jacket created based on the workwear of Ukrainian energy workers. It symbolizes the heroism, courage, and dedication of those who restore electricity to Ukrainian homes every day — even under shelling,” noted the Head of the Agency.
Importantly, 100% of the proceeds from sales will be donated to the NGO “Gen Ukrainian” to support children who have survived occupation.
We are grateful to the European Business Association — you have united a community that is driving Ukraine forward.
