ONEU’s specialists have studied the successful experience of using solar power plants (SPP) in multi-story buildings to meet general household needs and at social infrastructure facilities, which already have partial energy independence due to solar energy use and save expenses on electricity supply service.

Key questions:

• current local and state co-financing programs for the SPP installation;

• compensation for SPP equipment for condominiums;

• the list of necessary papers for the SPP installation;

• technical issues (how to determine the area for the SPP installation, economic feasibility of the SPP installation, etc.);

• real-life examples of SPP implementation in condominiums and social infrastructure facilities.

Participants: representatives of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, the Association of Solar Energy of Ukraine, the Energy Efficiency Fund, city councils and regional state administrations, condominiums, etc.
