SAEE and DiXi Group Formalize Partnership by Signing a Memorandum
The State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE) and DiXi Group officially formalized their partnership by signing a Memorandum.
“We are pleased to officially formalize our partnership, combining efforts and expertise to drive systemic change. The Memorandum covers a wide range of cooperation areas: systematizing and improving access to data on energy efficiency and renewable energy, as well as implementing mechanisms that allow consumers to use clean energy. Special attention will be given to integrating geothermal energy into centralized heating systems, taking into account European experience,” said Hanna Zamazieieva, Head of SAEE, during the signing ceremony.
This document marks a new stage of partnership aimed at advancing energy efficiency and alternative energy sources in Ukraine. Combining expert and technical potential will support the fulfillment of Ukraine’s international commitments, economic growth, and strengthening of energy security.
“We at DiXi Group are very happy to sign this document with SAEE to make cooperation in energy efficiency and alternative fuels long-term, sustainable, systemic, and, hopefully, effective. We are very grateful to the agency for agreeing, taking the initiative, and supporting our ideas,” emphasized Olena Pavlenko, President of DiXi Group.
Cooperation under the Memorandum will focus on:
Systematizing and improving access to data on energy efficiency and renewable energy;
Implementing mechanisms that enable consumers to use environmentally clean energy;
Integrating geothermal energy into centralized heating systems, drawing on European experience;
Addressing energy poverty and protecting vulnerable consumers.
The parties are confident that implementing these agreements will contribute to sustainable development, climate goals, and Ukraine’s European integration.
