To bike to work is economical, ecological and useful

Together with colleagues the SAEE Head Sergiy Savchuk took part in "Bike to Work Day 2018", which draws the attention of society to the fact that to bike is not only a sport.
In all European countries, a bicycle is a transport that helps:
• reduce fuel and energy resources usage;
• reduce emissions;
• make our cities more comfortable for life;
• improve health.
Promotion of bicycles usage is also one of the measures of the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan for the period until 2020.
"Therefore, I urge all cities of Ukraine to encourage people to ride a bike and pay more attention to such actions as "Bike to Work Day" and "Days without a car!", - said S.Savchuk.
