XXX International Scientific-Methodical Conference “Managing Quality of Specialists’ Training”
On 17 April 2025, the 20th International Scientific and Methodological Conference, 'Quality Management of Specialist Training', took place at the Odesa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (OSACEA). During the conference, Anastasiia Pandas, leader of the UKRENERGY team at OSACEA, in her report “Strategies and tools for effective dissemination of international project outcome” briefed participants on the progress of the UKRENERGY project, emphasising the importance of improving educational quality.
In addition, Prof. Vincenzo Bianco, UKRENERGY CAT, presented an interactive digital, developed by partners from RES4CITY projects - Serious Game, which aimed to make a fusion of entertainment and learning, making complex concepts more accessible and engaging for students of all ages.
Business Simulation Game is an innovative and engaging educational and training tool that allows to replicate the dynamics and logics of a specific business scenario.
Among topics, which were discussed at the conference, were artificial intelligence in education, innovative learning tools and training programmes development, and sharing international project results.
